To help ensure a smooth delivery, we kindly ask that you make the necessary preparations to avoid any delays or issues, particularly for kerbside deliveries such as flooring. To support you, we've put together a few helpful tips below:
White Glove Service
We offer a premium White Glove delivery service for some areas, designed to give you a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish. Your order is carried inside to your room of choice on a pre-selected delivery date, with day-before confirmation and a 1-hour ETA on the day, plus pallet removal, reduced damage risk, and no heavy lifting required.
The right access
Could a fire-engine-sized vehicle easily access your road or driveway? Yes? Our standard delivery should work just fine. No? Let us know via the comment box at checkout and we'll make the necessary arrangements to get your flooring to you hassle free.
Stay alert
Don't miss out! Make sure someone's in to receive your flooring. If no one's home when we arrive, a redelivery fee may apply.
Final checks
